one of my physicians put me on a supplement regimen that is made up of minerals that will help my body flush out toxins. a hair analysis showed that i had high levels of aluminum and a few others! who knew! so now i am in the process of "the process" of purging these toxins. i'm trying to be patient and wait for this process to finish so i can finally start losing some weight! any encouragement is welcome!

Hi, Elizabeth... I am going thru the same thing you are now... I have been having problems with chronic candidiasis for the past two years and despite my best efforts can't seem to turn it around. I had a hair analysis done just recently which indicated high levels of mercury, lead and arsenic. I was quite alarmed when I read the report initially, but after a chat with my naturopathic dr was encouraged that there are actually methods to rectify these levels. I had actually lost 35 pounds without much effort since putting myself on the candida diet. Mercury is implicated in candida, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that decreasing the levels may be the beginning of a somewhat normal diet once again.

After making some lifestyle changes (especially eating a lot less salt) I have been watching my blood pressure go down by measuring it at home.
This blood pressure site has lots of information about how to choose and use a monitor properly to get accurate readings. If you would like to know more about monitoring your own blood pressure at home visit there is this free fact sheet "How to Measure Blood Pressure" an easy to follow but comprehensive guide to using an automatic blood pressure monitor.

I have found a great resource for people that want to buy acai berry products. There are a lot of scams in selling these type of supplements online. You can read on this acai berry scams site how many scam programs are and how they trick customers.
